Do you remember those old days, when you could go into a gallery and shop and browse, examine lots of lovely things and take your time, remember those days when you could go to an exhibition or a show and talk to the maker in person, hear them explain a piece of work and buy direct from them, remember those days? Before Covid-19?
This year has been awful for the whole world, and the creative community is no different, we have had our business year taken away from us, no exhibitions, no galleries, few shops open. That’s why I’m trying a new approach in the run-up to Yule, - a virtual ‘meet the maker’ opportunity.
Take the time to explore my online shop and then email me with the pieces that you are interested in along with your email address, I will then arrange a zoom meeting for you to chat to me and view the pieces of work that you are interested in via a video link. You will be able to see the pieces up close and view them from different angles and ask as many questions that you want to, you can hear the story behind the piece and see how the pieces you like look on ‘Mavis the mannakin’.If you wish to then purchase any piece of work, you can go back to the online shop and purchase in confidence.
