1) All work remains the property of Jack Beaumont and the Dancingcrow until payment has been received. 2) All work is mailed out through the Royal Mail on a signed for, next day before 1.00pm basis (although this time cannot be guaranteed by me - due to the vagaries of the mail service and rampaging bands of Dwarven highwaymen. 3) Postage starts at £9.00 for small pieces, I'll let you know if there is any change before taking payment 4) I'm happy to use any other courier you might wish, carriage will depend on their charges. 5) All work is packed securely to prevent damage - if a piece arrives in a damaged state please contact me immediately. 6) I'm happy to refund an order if the work is not to your liking, if the piece is returned in the original condition and packaging and sent signed for on delivery. N.B, for health reasons I will not exchange earrings that have been worn. 7) Individual commissions that cannot be resold (due to personal names, images dates etc.) and commissions in precious materials - a deposit of 30% is requested up front to ensure I don't get left out of pocket. 8) I reserve the right to refuse to create, produce and sell any piece of work to any client, without a reason being given. 9) I am happy to discuss any disputes, and would prefer to achieve an amicable outcome before resorting to legal measures. 10) All work is copyrighted to Jack Beaumont and the Dancingcrow - any infringement of copyright will be addressed accordingly. 11) I will not store you email for marketing purposes
